Smooth scrolling script v2

I've updated your smooth scrolling a little... it keeps the hero more to the center of the screen while at the same time scrolling "smoother". It also "snaps" to map edges to prevent the effect that it would scroll to slowly at map edges.
I don't know what this script does anymore or how it works, I just keep adjusting things until it looks good xD
(Tested at default walk speed, I have no idea how / if it works at different walk speeds. Also not tested but should work with "scroll screen" event command.)
Also, if anyone else sees this, I guess the script is free to use (or is it, Yin?).
